NY Times Jane Brody and Hypnosis

Jane Brody has written a very accurate article about hypnosis in today’s New York Times.   Hypnosis was approved by the AMA as a valuable healing modality in 1958. The use of hypnosis as entertainment was, at the same time, condemned.  Primarily because of the growth of pharmaceuticals, hypnosis has been underused.  As people become more aware of the importance of the mind body connection, the benefits and lack of harmful side effects, hypnosis is being used more and more.

I hope you’ll take time to read her column this week The Possibilities in Hypnosis, Where The Patient Has the Power.
