How important is your wellness? Have you been thinking about making changes? Wellness Coaching may be just what you’re looking for.

The WellCoach approach which I practice is totally client centric and focuses on your strengths and prior successes. It’s all about what you, my client, want to achieve. We begin by creating your wellness vision followed by long and short term goals to move you toward your vision. I often work with people who want to change their diet, behaviors, activity level, or work life balance.

The process is usually done over the phone and calls can be as often as you wish. Most people start with weekly calls and once they’re on track, every other week. Assuming you and I feel we can connect and work together, I ask that you make a 3 month commitment to allow a bit of urgency and yet allows time to see results.
