It’s long been know that Asthma, COPD and other breathing issues are made worse by stress. This makes sense because we need to breathe and have a constant supply of oxygen to survive. Struggling to breathe is frightening. This recording encourages relaxation and taps into your own innate ability to make the right choices for your health, wellness and comfortable breathing and to feel confident in your ability to breathe easily.
Your subconscious will hear a wide range of suggestions allowing your nervous system to work in conjunction with your airway and lungs to breathe freely and easily. It also invites you to visualize your airways functioning ideally and yourself in control of your breathing. The first 2 tracks, which are included in each of my CD’s, encourage peace, comfort, relaxation and sound sleep. The title track (22 minutes) brings the subconscious on board with your desire to breathe comfortably and easily. Here are a few important suggestions for using these recordings: Be in a comfortable place where you can safely close your eyes and relax without interruption. Your bedtime is a particularly good time to listen since the mind is very receptive as you are falling asleep. There is no need to pay attention to each word; just relax and be in the presence of the music and words. It is fine to fall asleep while the recording is playing. Your mind will hear and remember what is helpful to you. Use the CD four or five times weekly, more often if you wish. Many people listen daily and experience powerful positive results.
